Sen. Lindsey Graham’s sudden death is a huge loss for Evangelicals, the pro-life & pro-Israel cause, and the US military – I’ve lost a friend, too

JERUSALEM, ISRAEL – I’m in absolute shock that my friend, Sen. Lindsey Graham, has died so suddenly and unexpectedly.

He was only 71.

Fox News anchor Shannon Bream first connected us about 15 years ago at a little dinner party she and Sheldon hosted at The Monocle Restaurant on Capitol Hill for the release of one of my novels.

Twelver Shi’a Islam, the Mahdi, and the Iranian regime’s existential war against Israel – Why Iran seeks to destroy the Jewish nation

The Islamic Republic of Iran is a Shi’a Muslim government. While it is not the only Shi’a Muslim majority country, it is the only one with a Shi’a theocratic government based on the Islamic Revolutionary philosophy of its founder, Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini.

It is also a government that has attempted to spread its political and religious ideology outward – to other Shi’a regions, to Sunni Muslim nations, and to the rest of the world as a means of ensuring the survival of its Islamic revolutionary philosophy.

Shurat HaDin argues Iranian regime’s exploitation of ‘dual-use’ products was ‘foreseeable and probable’.

An Israeli NGO has filed a war crimes complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague against Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.

The filing was made by the Israeli legal organization Shurat HaDin, and argues that there is a “reasonable and credible basis” for investigating the Spanish prime minister for providing material assistance to the Iranian regime with a supply of dual-use components linked to explosives.

Jerusalem, the Heavy Stone

It is difficult not to discern in our time the “last days” announced by the prophets. More than ever, Jerusalem appears as “the heavy stone,” according to the word of Zechariah: “I will make Jerusalem a heavy stone for all peoples; all who lift it will surely injure themselves” (Zech. 12:3).

This word is strikingly relevant today. All nations are concerned—not only Israel’s declared enemies. The “wound” does not come from any aggression on Jerusalem’s part, but from the persistent attempt of the nations to redefine or control it. In reality, they are the ones who wound themselves.

Saudi Arabia warns Tehran against retaliation after downing multiple Iranian drones

Saudi Arabia reportedly warned Iran on Saturday against further attacks on Saudi soil, unnamed diplomatic sources revealed.

The kingdom, which downed nine Iranian drones, signaled that it prefers a diplomatic solution to the Iranian attacks on its Gulf Arab neighbors following the U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran that began on Feb. 28. However, Saudi officials warned that the country would respond militarily to continued Iranian attacks, especially if they targeted Saudi Arabia’s critically important energy sector.

In the past week, the ayatollah regime has launched unprovoked missile and drone attacks on Saudi Arabia, as well as Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Jordan, Turkey and Cyprus.

The first delegation from Somaliland arrived in Israel on Monday for an official visit, led by the Director General of the Somaliland Water Ministry, Aden Abdullah Abdullah, along with other senior officials. The purpose of the visit is to strengthen diplomatic relations following Jerusalem's official recognition of the African country in December 2025.

Somaliland – an arid country facing chronic water shortages – is reportedly seeking to study Israel’s advanced water technologies. As part of the visit, the delegation toured the National Center for Water Education and Innovation at the Shafdan wastewater treatment complex in Rishon LeZion, in central Israel.

Is Christian community in Israel declining? Rosenberg denounces Tucker Carlson’s claims as 'demonstrably provable lies'

As online rumors swirl that Tucker Carlson could be landing in Israel on his way back to the United States from Jordan, at least one evangelical leader is warning the popular podcaster that “he’s in real danger spiritually.”

American Israeli evangelical Christian Joel Rosenberg issued the warning to Carlson through The Media Line this week, citing Genesis 12, which he said makes clear that God will bless those who bless the children of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob—and curse those who do not.

“I don’t wish ill on Tucker Carlson, but he clearly wishes ill against Israel and the

‘The entry of Turkey and Qatar endangers Israeli citizens’ – opposition politicians criticize Netanyahu.

Israeli politicians strongly rejected the inclusion of Turkey and Qatar in the future administration of the Gaza Strip, with many criticizing Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for ostensibly allowing this to happen, despite the premier expressing rare public criticism of the American plan.

Senior Hamas commanders in Gaza are preparing to leave the enclave as part of the transition to the second phase of the Gaza peace plan, Saudi Arabia news site Asharq al-Awsat reported last week.

Quoting three Hamas sources, the report stated that “several prominent political and military leaders” who survived the war would be allowed to leave the territory as part of the transition to the second phase of the Gaza peace plan. Turkey, which currently hosts some political leadership of Hamas, has been

US Amb Huckabee: Decision whether to strike Iran is up to Israel, Hamas has no future in Gaza

US won’t pressure Israel to accept Turkish troops in Gaza, Huckabee vows.

U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee in an interview with Kan News (Photo: Screenshot)

Israel and the United States are discussing possible military actions against the Iranian regime, but will decide how to proceed based on their own interests, U.S. Ambassador to Israel Mike Huckabee told Kan News in a wide-ranging interview touching on the U.S. positions on most security issues currently facing Israel.

Iran, which is embroiled in massive popular protests, remains the most significant danger to Israel’s security. Israeli media have extensively reported on concerns that the regime could attempt to divert attention by attacking Israel, or that Israel might use the situation to accelerate the regime’s collapse.

Argentina delays Jerusalem embassy move over Israeli involvement in oil project near disputed Falkland Islands

(Photo: Shutterstock)

Argentina has delayed the planned move of its embassy to Jerusalem following unusual diplomatic tensions linked to the involvement of an Israeli company in an oil project near the Falkland Islands, Israeli news outlet N12 reported on Sunday.

The Falkland Islands in the South Atlantic Ocean remain disputed territory, claimed by both Argentina and the United Kingdom, which defeated Argentina in the 1982 war over the islands.

The tension was reportedly sparked after an Israeli private company, Navitas Petroleum, announced its involvement in a drilling project in the Sea Lion oil field near the disputed area.

President Trump expresses skepticism regarding Pahlavi: ‘Seems nice, don’t know if his country would accept him’.

Exiled Crown Prince Reza Pahlavi said on Wednesday, in a post to social media, that a post–Islamic Republic of Iran under his leadership would renew ties with the United States and Israel.

In the video message, Pahlavi said that “Iran is identified in your minds with terrorism, extremism, and poverty.”

The first two-state solution: The forgotten partition of 1922

1920's Map of British Mandate for Palestine

When the International Court of Justice (ICJ) issued its July 2024 advisory opinion on Israel's presence in Judea, Samaria (the West Bank) and East Jerusalem, it framed the legal analysis almost exclusively around the "1967 baseline." This has become the default setting in international discourse: treating these areas as "Occupied Palestinian Territory" without reference to the legal framework that existed before.

Yet, the true legal foundation of modern Israel, and the region as a whole, begins not in 1967, but over four decades earlier. It is rooted in binding international commitments from 1920 and 1922 that partitioned the land long before any modern Palestinian statehood claim arose.

Where David fought Goliath - Exploring Israel’s Elah Valley

Climbing to the top of Tel Azaka, with the Elah valley spread out below, it is easy even today to imagine the dramatic story taking place. It is the location where a brave shepherd boy named David, who would later become the king of Israel, fought Goliath, the Philistine giant from Gath.

The Elah valley is just south of Beit Shemesh, between Jerusalem and Gaza, in the “Shephelah” or lowlands, but it is home to a high point in Israel’s history. It is one of five valleys found in the coastal plain and the foothills of Jerusalem, stretching from the east of Gath towards Bethlehem.

Why Israel should be concerned with Turkey’s role in Gaza

Israeli analyst warns: 'A grave strategic mistake' for Israel to allow Turkish intervention in Gaza.

An effigy of Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu swung from a towering crane last week in Trabzon, a city in northern Turkey, with the inscription: “Death Penalty for Netanyahu” – a chilling illustration of why many Israelis oppose any Turkish role in the rebuilding of Gaza.

The deadly sentiment comes as U.S. President Donald Trump is banking on Turkish troops to join the U.S.-led Civil-Military Coordination Center (CMCC), the international stabilization force which will oversee the reconstruction and future management of Gaza.
