Ayuso cede a la Comunidad Judía de Madrid viviendas sociales por la crisis derivada de conflictos armados

  • La Comunidad de Madrid ha firmado un convenio para ceder en arrendamiento 13 viviendas sociales.
  • El documento recuerda “las consecuencias imprevisibles del conflicto en Oriente Próximo”.

El Gobierno de Isabel Díaz Ayuso ha firmado un acuerdo con la asociación Comunidad Judía de Madrid para cederle viviendas de titularidad de la Agencia de Vivienda Social en régimen de arrendamiento.

Se trata de un total de 13 viviendas, según consta en el convenio publicado en

Inflation and housing prices continue to climb, breaking new records

July increase in consumer price index brings Israel’s yearly inflation rate to 5.2%; housing prices jump by 17.8%, the highest in over a decade.

Inflation and housing prices in Israel are rising faster than seen for many years, according to new official figures released Monday, continuing a worrying trend for the economy.

Israel’s Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose an unexpected 1.1% in July and an annual 5.2% compared to July 2021, the fastest yearly rate in 14 years, according to the latest report published by the Central Bureau of Statistics. The inflation rate is well beyond the upper range of 3% forecasted by the Bank of Israel.

Israel autoriza más de 4.000 viviendas en asentamientos de Cisjordania

La medida fue celebrada por la ministra del Interior Ayelet Shaked.

El Ministerio de Defensa autorizó este jueves la construcción en Judea y Samaria (Cisjordania) de 4.427 nuevas viviendas en asentamientos. La ministra del Interior, Ayelet Shaked, aseguró que es un “día de celebración para el movimiento de asentamientos”.

Si bien algunos de los proyectos son para asentamientos ubicados cerca de la Línea Verde, otros planes que se aprobaron están ubicados en asentamientos más alejados.

Israel archiva proyecto de vivienda en Jerusalén por presión de Estados Unidos


Enlace Judío.- Israel informó a los funcionarios de la administración Biden el jueves que archivó un controvertido plan para avanzar en un proyecto de vivienda masivo en el vecindario de Atarot en Jerusalén Este luego del rechazo de Washington, confirmó un alto funcionario israelí a The Times of Israel.

Los funcionarios notifican a la Casa Blanca que no seguirán adelante con el plan de construcción de 9,000 unidades en un terreno abandonado en el extremo norte de la capital, al otro lado de la Línea Verde anterior a 1967.
