Israeli NGO files war crimes complaint against Spain's PM Sánchez over alleged aid to Iran

Shurat HaDin argues Iranian regime’s exploitation of ‘dual-use’ products was ‘foreseeable and probable’.

An Israeli NGO has filed a war crimes complaint with the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague against Spain's Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez.

The filing was made by the Israeli legal organization Shurat HaDin, and argues that there is a “reasonable and credible basis” for investigating the Spanish prime minister for providing material assistance to the Iranian regime with a supply of dual-use components linked to explosives.

Eliminaremos a Hamás“.

The indestructible myth of famine in Gaza

Universalism is a secular religion whose falsehoods are protected by a doctrine of infallibility.

(May 8, 2025 / JNS)  Yet again, the myth has been revived that there is a famine in the Gaza Strip.

This claim, which has done so much to incite attacks on Jews, has been promulgated repeatedly by mainstream Western media during the past 18 months of war. It is a lie that distorts yet another lie.

Time and again, U.N. agencies and NGOs have warned that famine and starvation are imminent. But this has never happened. More food has been admitted to Gaza than people need.

In death as in life, Yael Dayan is an inconvenient Israeli

Dayan spent her life making the country a more decent place, which may be why the world press stayed silent on her passing.

This is just a theory. Maybe just a conspiracy theory. You can be the judge.

Yael Dayan died last week and no major world newspaper ran an obituary or even mentioned her. Not the New York Times, not the New York Post, not the LA Times, not the Globe, not the Times of London or the Telegraph or the Guardian, not Le Monde or Le Figaro, not Die Zeit or Die Welt.

Amid an ongoing effort by Israel to fend off possible arrest warrants against Israeli leaders by the International Criminal Court (ICC), Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu asked U.S. President Joe Biden for assistance during a phone call on Sunday, the Axios news outlet reported.

Israel is increasingly concerned that the ICC could soon issue warrants against Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, and IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi as part of an ongoing investigation of Israel’s conduct during the Gaza War.

‘Pathological,’ Hillel Neuer says of UN efforts to discredit Israel

The Geneva-based executive director of UN Watch discussed some of the battles he’s waged over the past two decades.

(June 9, 2023 / JNS) Hillel Neuer’s most famous salvo is likely a 2017 speech in which the UN Watch executive director singled out several Arab countries before the United Nations Human Rights Council.

“Where are your Jews?” he asked each.

A recording on YouTube, which more than a million people have viewed, includes a 2018 speech in which Neuer answered his own question—that Jewish refugees from many Arab countries fled to Israel, the United States, Canada, France and others.

(May 3, 2023 / JNS) The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs conceded last November to the pro-Israel NGO With Israel for Peace (Med Israel for fred, or MIFF) that capital cities are not subject to recognition by other countries.

At some point following a March 7 letter from MIFF, Norway changed its website to note that it recognizes Jerusalem as Israel’s capital and does not recognize a Palestinian state.

In response to the P.A.-spurred UNGA resolution calling on the International Court of Justice to render an opinion on Israeli “occupation, settlement and annexation,” the new administration in Jerusalem is launching a counter-offensive.

(January 8, 2023 / JNS) The Israeli Prime Minister’s Office announced on Friday plans to impose sanctions on the Palestinian Authority for its latest act of lawfare aggression against the Jewish state.

The P.A. was behind the Dec. 30 United Nations General Assembly resolution urging the International Court of Justice to “render urgently an advisory opinion” on

A 5-year-old boy from Gaza was brought on Sunday to the Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, where Israeli doctors performed open-heart surgery to save his life, making him the 3,000th child from the Palestinian territories to undergo such surgery in Israel as part of an Israeli NGO’s program.
