EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: On March 30, 2025, Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met with President Isaac Herzog and Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu in Jerusalem. Fifteen years after the historic visit to the Israeli capital by then-premier George Papandreou, which paved the way for the ongoing Greek-Israeli friendship, the two countries are continuing to advance their strategic partnership. The necessity for closer ties with the Jewish State has become a critical element of Greek foreign and military policy, and there is political consensus on the value of the relationship. New defense synergies that will likely complement older agreements are currently on the agenda.

Lapid teme por un posible magnicidio en Israel

El líder de la oposición, Yair Lapid (Yesh Atid), pronunció un discurso ante la prensa este domingo en el que afirmó que, según la información de inteligencia que posee, existe el temor de un magnicidio.

Former prime minister Naftali Bennett was admitted to the Meir Medical Center in Kfar Saba after feeling unwell on Saturday, Israeli media reported on Sunday.

Bennett underwent a catheterization, according to the reports.

The red heifer: Catalyst for war or harbinger of global peace?

A new book investigates in intricate detail the story of Christian ranchers in Texas who bred red heifers and brought them to Israel.

The laws about the red heifer are among the most enigmatic of any of the biblical commandments. Even a king as notably wise as Solomon, as admitted in Ecclesiastes, could not fully comprehend their logic.

Partly, this is due to the rarity of their presence in our midst; indeed, only nine heifers have ever been sacrificed from the time of Moses until the destruction of the Second Temple in 70 C.E. In both Judaism and Christianity, the appearance of viable red heifer candidates heralds the Messiah.

La Oficina del primer ministro de Israel, Benjamín Netanyahu, confirmó este jueves la reunión mantenida ayer, miércoles, en Azerbaiyán entre una delegación israelí y una turca para evitar choques en Siria.

“Israel le agradece a Azerbaiyán y al presidente Ilham Aliyev la organización de estas importantes conversaciones”, dijo la oficina en un breve mensaje.

Las autoridades israelíes detallaron que cada lado presentó sus “intereses en la región”, y que las conversaciones continuarán para “mantener la estabilidad regional”.

La delegación israelí estuvo dirigida por el director del Consejo de Seguridad Nacional, Tzachi Hanegbi.

United Nations: Still United Against Israel’s Ancestral Homeland

The United Nations’ 80-year history contains some wretched moments. On October 24, 1945—after World War II ended—51 countries officially launched the United Nations (U.N.). Although the organization was established with dreams of peace and “sovereign equality of all nations,” the majority of today’s 193 member nations are united against the world’s only Jewish nation.

Instead of supporting “sovereign equality” for Israel, the U.N. glorifies Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who still runs his “pay to slay” salary operation that rewards Palestinian terrorists for murdering Jews. Since October 7, 2023, the U.N. has increased its accusations—that humanitarian aid trucks were “violently looted,” for example, and that IDF soldiers used Palestinian children as human shields—as if Israel is the perpetrator of all that has befallen Gaza.

Israel and India strengthen defense cooperation with successful Barak missile interception tests

Israel Aerospace Industries (IAI) announced on Monday that it had conducted successful tests of its Barak medium-range surface-to-air missile in India. The missile tests were carried out in close cooperation with the Indian military.

IAI noted in an official statement that the tests included four “air targets at various speeds, with challenging interception altitudes and ranges.”

“The missiles intercepted the aerial targets, scoring direct hits and destroying them, demonstrating the system’s operational capability,” the company added.

Trump: Irán sufrirá bombardeos como nunca antes si no hay un acuerdo nuclear

El presidente de Estados Unidos, Donald Trump, envió otro mensaje amenazante el domingo al régimen iraní, advirtiendo que habría “bombardeos” si la República Islámica no acepta un acuerdo nuclear.

En declaraciones a Meet the Press de la caden NBC, el presidente amenazó con aranceles secundarios y añadió: “Si no llegan a un acuerdo, habrá bombardeos, y serán bombardeos como nunca antes han visto”.

Horas antes el domingo, el presidente iraní, Masoud Pezeshkian, rechazó oficialmente las negociaciones directas con Estados Unidos, en la primera respuesta formal de Irán a una carta del presidente Donald Trump, entregada al Líder Supremo de Irán a través de Omán.

Si bien Pezeshkian dejó abierta la posibilidad de negociaciones indirectas, indicó que estos esfuerzos han avanzado poco desde la retirada unilateral de Trump del acuerdo nuclear de 2015 con las potencias mundiales.

La alta tasa de natalidad de Israel, un modelo para Occidente

Israel predica con el ejemplo. Queremos perdurar y creemos que, con todos sus problemas, vale la pena mantener la vida, replicarla y esforzarse por mejorarla.

Israel está en guerra. Está plagado de disidencia partidista. Israel es carísimo y exige que ambos padres trabajen, así como que los abuelos ayuden a criar a sus hijos. Ah, y sí, el número de personas que abandonaron el país aumentó significativamente el año pasado.

Si esto le suena a una sociedad extremista, llena de inseguridad, o incluso de autodesprecio, puede que usted tenga razón, salvo por un hecho revelador: Israel tiene, con diferencia, la tasa de natalidad más alta de los países occidentales.

(March 31, 2025 / JNS)  Paul Empole Efambe, the Congolese ambassador to the United Nations in Geneva and a vice president of the U.N. Human Rights Council, gave the floor to Hillel Neuer, executive director of UN Watch, during a March 26 council meeting.

“Mr. Chair,” Neuer began, “history will record that on this day we came here to fight for the conscience of the United Nations,” noting that the council was “days away” from renewing Francesca Albanese’s term for another three years as special rapporteur on Palestinian rights.
