Slowly and steadily, the three countries expanded their cooperation and overcame previously held stereotypes about one another. Trilateral summits have provided the basis for important discussions on energy, security, trade, and culture issues. The sixth tripartite summit, which took place in Jerusalem last March, was attended by US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. US support for the tripartite relationship could create new possibilities for the future of the Eastern Mediterranean.

Un resto arqueológico de 3.000 años de origen egipcio fue descubierto recientemente en la localidad de Shiló, donde según la tradición estaba ubicado el Tabernáculo tras la entrada del pueblo de Israel a la tierra prometida.
El objeto descubierto es un escarabajo egipcio que era utilizado en la antigüedad como sello.

Three of the four parties that made up the former Joint (Arab) List said Saturday they had reached an agreement to revive their electoral alliance for upcoming national elections.
The Hadash, Ta’al and Ra’am parties said they would run on a joint slate, with Balad set to decide in the next few days whether to join the union.

The U.S. House of Representatives approved a resolution opposing the anti-Israel Boycott, Divestment and Sanctions (BDS) movement on Tuesday.

Gay rights organizations demanded Tuesday that one of Jerusalem’s two chief rabbis take back remarks he made declaring that homosexuals cannot be religious and that homosexuality is uncontrolled lust that can be conquered by belief in God.
Rabbi Shlomo Amar, the Sephardic chief rabbi of the capital, made the comments during a sermon last weekend in Ashdod. A short video of his remarks was published by the Kan public broadcaster on Monday evening.

(July 22, 2019 / JNS) A young Arab girl and her older teenage sister spray-painted the words “slaughter the Jews” in Arabic on Friday on the Kotel HaKatan (“little wall” in Hebrew), a portion of the Western Wall on the Temple Mount about 650 feet south of the Western Wall Plaza and next to the Iron Gate entrance to the Old City.

AYELET SHAKED ASUME LIDERAZGO DEL PARTIDO HAYEMIN HEHADASH
Enlace Judío México e Israel – La exministra de Justicia de Israel, Ayelet Shaked, anunció este domingo de manera oficial que liderará el recién fundado partido Hayemin Hehadash (Nueva Derecha) de cara a las elecciones del próximo 17 de septiembre.
Durante su mensaje emitido en su anuncio, Shaked instó a los demás partidos de derecha a dejar sus diferencias de un lado y a que unan fuerzas para poder salir victoriosos en los próximos comicios.
