Dear friend.
During the presidential campaign, President Trump promised to move the American Embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem. We strongly support this move. And we have every reason to believe that President Trump will keep this pledge.
But we also know that as soon as he takes his seat in the Oval Office, President Trump will be approached by a series of Washington insiders who will urge him to break his pledge. They will tell him that by moving our embassy to Israel's eternal capital he will create tension and trouble. They will warn him not to act.
We need to make sure that President Trump hears our voices too! We need to remind him that his pledge to move the embassy and stand with Israel is the reason many of us voted for him. He needs to know that it is never wrong to do the right thing.
